From Milwaukee to Dallas, 40ozDai has a huge catalog to tap into. This was my first time checking out Dai’s content and I was impressed by the quality of his music. Dai focuses on infusing different melodies into his flow and I enjoyed how he steers away from using over saturated references. His visuals are on tier with his music when it comes to quality. Dai’s music video for “Ali3nz” is so visually appealing. He brings the concept of being different from his peers to life through the visual. I love the skit in the video where he is being integrated and turns this piece of equipment into a needler from halo! the scene brought the song to life and also s/o to DAI for having a needler! As I went through his catalog I found myself vibing to his tracks, walking around my apartment bobbing my head, it was refreshing to hear something new! My favorite song from 40ozDai is his latest track “All Ass’ the beat reminds me of some 2015-2016 Uzi and Carti. I hope to see him live in the near future!
