Ea$e
Sleazy Ea$e grew up in Duncanville, Tx and due to him being white he was labeled an outcast amongst his peers. From what I know of Sleazy, he loves hiphop culture and was slowly accepted into the african american community. Ever heard the saying “To black for the white kids, to white for the blacks” well Ea$e was living it. As he pursued his music career Ea$e would link up with his close friends and collective “Hylyfe Society” a group of DFW locals with a lot of substance in their art. Ea$e went on to create a ton of hits with Pat Ron including “The Pre-rolled” and releasing great single projects like “Columbine” “Link Basket Chronicles” and “Smoke and Mirrors”. One thing I love about Ea$e is that he is a storyteller. Every verse is filled with so much emotion it feels like you are in Ea$e’s shoes when one of his tracks is playing.
